Cosy Private Cottage in Wrotham, Kent Downs AONB

Set on the edge of Wrotham village in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This self contained one bedroom cottage comes with free off street parking and use of a large cottage garden. We welcome well behaved dogs. A two minute walk into Wrotham Village, with a picturesque church, village shop, and three pubs including the AA Rosette awarded Bull Hotel. Primrose Cottage features an open plan kitchen/living space on the ground floor. The first floor has a double bed with ensuite bath. There is free fast wifi and Freeview HD TV with streaming apps installed, should you wish to access your own Netflix/Amazon accounts. We live next door and my parents live in another house on the same grounds. We have a large garden that is used by our family. You are welcome to use this. We also keep chickens and will provide you with some fresh eggs if they are laying. Please Note 1. In line with the 'Safe to Stay' protocol, the calendar will be blocked both before and after your visit to ensure a 48 hour break between guests' stays. This will enable a total airing of the property and a whole day of cleaning. 2. Guests should note that there is a swimming pool at the property. You must be responsible for your children or dogs whilst they are in the garden. 3. Please be aware our stairs are quite steep. This may not be ideal for those with limited mobility. There is a handrail but no child safety gate either at the top or bottom. 4. Two cats and two pugs live with us next door. They are very polite and well behaved. (Please let the owners know if you have an allergy or are uncomfortable with cats or dogs) We are very close to the M20 and the local station at Borough Green offers trains to London Victoria taking about 45 minutes. Igtham Mote is a 5 minute drive. Brands Hatch is under 10 minutes drive. Leeds Castle is a 20 minute drive. There are several great local countryside walks.
