Mega Skinos Villa

Close to Vathy town ( 3min drive-30min walking- 2km distance) in an unspoilt rural area stands the beautiful traditional stone house Mega Skinos. It is an ideal romantic location, where you can just lay back and relax in idyllic surroundings. The villa, although newly built has all the ambience of an old stone house with a modern interior. There is a spacious living and dining room, and well equipped kitchen. Mega Skinos has two bedrooms, one double bedroom on the ground floor with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom on an open mezzanine incorporated into the eaves of the roof. The ground floor patio doors lead out to a large terrace area with views over the surrounding countryside. The villa is surrounded by natural shade from the olive trees. To the side of the villa is a well proportioned swimming pool and a large BBQ area fully equipped for al fresco living. Your views are of the perfect Ithakas countryside. The sunlight as it plays with the gentle breeze sending dancing shadows on walls and diamonds in the pool. Mega Skinos is ideal for families and couples alike, a peaceful setting yet close to the hub of Vathy Town . Gests has access, except from the villa , to the private pool, parking , BBQ in the large terrace and to the back yard. On the arrival day i will be there to welcome the gests and from then every third day I use to visit the villa to check if everything is ok. I will also be there as soon as possible in any case of emergency. I totally recommend a car , a motorbike or even a bicycle not only to reach the house but if you want to see around all the island you need it !
