Family Sized Rural Cottage With Wifi, Kenilworth

Three bedroom cottage (sleeps 4) with amazing views over the Warwickshire countryside. Within walking distance to Kenilworth Castle and local pubs and only a short drive into Kenilworth town centre. We have a large garden with views of Kenilworth Castle. There are two patios and plenty of grass for children to play on. There is also enough parking for 3 cars. We have free WIFI and although this isn't superfast it is enough to watch TV or make a video call for work. Chase Lodge is a 3 bedroom detached bungalow with amazing views over the Warwickshire countryside and close to Kenilworth Castle. There is a lovely spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite shower room.  There are two additional single bedrooms which share a family shower room. The remaining living space comprises a large living room with patio doors to the garden and a kitchen / diner.  All the living accommodation is located on a single level. For families with young children we have a highchair, travel cot and baby bath available. The garden is gated onto the road keeping it safe for little ones. There is a large garden with two patio areas looking across the fields to Kenilworth Castle and a large lawn area. There is also plenty of parking The fixtures and fittings in Chase Lodge  are of a high standard and there are many items included to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is free wifi and mobile phone reception is good. Access is for the whole property and the lovely large garden. We do not live on site but are only a couple of miles away and can pop over easily if you have any problems. This is a quiet rural location. There are neighbours so please keep noise to a minimum late at night and please no parties. You will need a car but there are pubs and restaurants with in walking distance. They are less than a mile away across the fields. We do sometimes offer short breaks in winter (3 nights minimum). Please enquire for prices.
