Lovely Double Room, Quiet area, Leamington Spa

A lovely double room in Whitnash, on the south side of Leamington Spa, conveniently located for both Leamington and Warwick town centres. Here, there is quick access to the M40, Leamington train station is 1 mile away and Birmingham Airport and the NEC being just 30 minutes away. There is easy access to Warwick and Kenilworth Castles, with Historic Stratford, just 30mins away. A well positioned base to explore and visit this area and to access local business. The room has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, bed-side drawers, a mini kettle and Tea and Coffee available in the room. Here we have fibre broadband and Wi-Fi throughout the house. The bathroom is shared with one other guest. The kitchen has most things you would expect including oven, hob, fridge freezer, espresso machine. Guests are free to use the lounge and kitchen/Dining Area, and Garden. Quite end of cul de sac neighbourhood. Local shops and pubs close by. Quick and easy access to pedestrian walkways, local green spaces for walking, running etc. Easy and quick access to Motorway network. Bus stop 5 mins walk. Train station 1 mile. Check-in is given as 5 pm to 9 pm, but for weekend Check-ins, I can be flexible, so please let me know and an alternative time should be ok. Non Smoking house. No outdoor shoes to be worn in the house. I don't do a formal breakfast offering, but guests are free to help themselves to Tea, Coffee, espresso based coffee.
