A beautiful country Bed and Breakfast with 2 rooms set in the Sussex countryside. 30 minutes from the coast and close to many National Trust attractions such as Bateman's, Hever Castle, Scotney Castle, Battle Abbey and Bodiam Castle. Home cooked, locally sourced breakfast available fresh every morning alongside continental breakfast. 2 double bedrooms available, one with an en-suite bathroom the second with a private bathroom along the corridor. The second bedroom has a single sofa bed available therefore making it have the potential to be a family room and can sleep up to 3. Babies and infants welcome. Cot bed available with prior notice. Both rooms are fitted with a flat screen television, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. Wifi is also available. Please note, there is no communal space available within the house. Guests have access to their rooms only and the breakfast room in the mornings only. The guests have their own access to the bed and breakfast via a separate door than the main house. Therefore making coming and going from the property easily accessible. Both bedrooms and the private bathroom have locks which the guests have sole use of. The host will welcome you for breakfast in the breakfast room in the morning. But due to us having jobs we will not be around 24/7 but always at the end of a phone if needed. It is situated off the main High Street down School Hill which is parallel to St Bartholomews, a Norman Church. Excellent views surround the property and country walks are popular with locals and visitors alike, local maps are available on request. There is limited public transport to and from the village of Burwash. Etchingham train station is approximately 3 miles away. Which links to London in just over an hour and Hastings in 30 minutes. Collection and drop off can be arranged at an additional fee. Free off road parking is available at Court Barn Cottage Bed and Breakfast. The advertised price is per person per night, not per room. The bed and breakfast has two dogs, a cat, chickens and two horses in resident. Pets are welcomed by guests but by prior arrangement only and guests are responsible for their own pets at all times during their stay. WiFi is available.
