Cabin in the woods

My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Our cabin is private yet close to all the offerings of the Catskill region. 20 minutes to art, music& theatre scene of Woodstock. 10 minutes to the town of Stone Ridge, fine dining. High Falls food co-op nearby. 20 minutes to New Paltz, where there is rock climbing and more great restaurants. You have the private retreat cabin to yourself. The spacious yard with star gazing at night, a patio offers sun and tranquility to enjoy a relaxing time watching the wildlife and listen to the stream (when running). We will have tips to great places to visit nearby. Local magazines that let you know what is going on during your stay in the area. We are 2 miles from the pristine Ashokan Reservoir walkway where there is biking, skating and eagle watching. A bench to sit on mid way , enjoy the water lapping against the shoreline. The Ashokan Center is close where you can join in fiddle and dance camps, listen to music, enjoy country dancing. You will need a car to get around . You can rent bikes in Woodstock. Please leave your shoes off when entering the cabin
