This is a 3 bedroom modern cottage situated only 1 mile away from the beach. It has a lovely open feel to the living area with duel fuel log burner. It comprises of a downstairs wc, fully equiped kitchen including dishwasher with open plan living and dining area. It has 3 bedrooms comprising of a king size bedroom with en suite shower facilities. A double room with single beds and a smaller 3rd bedroom with single bed. It also has a separate family bathroom. The property offers off road parking which is extremely helpful as parking in the town itself can sometimes be at a premium. There is a lovely enclosed quiet garden area perfect for alfresco dining. As a welcome we provide guests with a bottle of wine, jams, biscuits and toiletries. There is a travel cot and high chair available although there are no stairgates or protection at the woodburner. The locality itself is situated approximately 1.5 miles away from Southwold town which has some fantastic artisan shops with excellent coffee shops and restaurants too. The beach is only a mile away from Lazy Jacks where you will find the famous Southwold Pier which has some lovely shops and dining facilities. Lazy Jacks has a corner shop which has a great selection of wines and beers. There is a lovely wreck approximately 5 minutes walk featuring a play park and gym machines. The Randolph Hotel is a 5 minute walk in the other direction and the food is excellent.
