Cosy apartment in the city centre of Groningen

Welcome to the Ebbingeburg, in the heart of Groningen! Groningen is a cosy city, where there is lots to do, see, and experience! My apartment, providing a view of the Martinitoren, is located merely 500 meters from the centre, 700 meters from the UMCG, and 550 meters from the RUG. There are many restaurants and cafés to be found within walking distance. From the Central Station it is a 1,5 kilometre walk straight through the beautiful city centre of Groningen to the apartment (25 minutes) The apartment is located very close to the city centre The rented bedroom is private. When I am present, we will be sharing the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. However, I am often not there, so the full apartment will be available privately. Naturally, I will provide my guests of all the private space they need. If you are interested however, there is a possibility to cook for you and get to know you a little better, if it is the case that I am present myself at the time. This would also give the opportunity to get to know the guests as well, since I enjoy getting to know new people (and with that their culture and habits). I am easily to contact through E-mail, (Hidden by Airbnb) , and calls. The apartment is easily accessed by bus or by foot. In the centre itself everything is within walking distance (e.g UMCG, restaurants, shops, and the University). Due to the fact that the apartment is part of a bigger complex, it is expected of the guests to take other inhabitants into consideration. This means that it is not allowed to throw parties in the apartment, or cause any nuisance for the other inhabitants.
