My Beautiful bright airy boutique Cottage is over 200 years old . It’s situated on the mimram river, which runs through at the end of my decking. Stunningly beautiful! Lots of wonderful wildlife to be seen The cottage is nestled in the Historic village of Welwyn .-Codicote road. The village itself hosts a wonderful array of beautiful boutiques Tea rooms ..coffee shops award winning restaurants gift shops great curry house fab fish bar Tesco express lots of fantastic pubs and more. My bijou cottage has a wonderful contemporary decor with a warm feel . Lots of personal touches SmartTv, Wifi . A lovely aromatic wood burner! A king size bed, Egyptian cotton bedding . Also a contemporary en suit bathroom/ power shower Also amazing New kitchen wth coffee machine, microwave, washing machine hob oven fridge ect The kitchen looks on to the garden decking area river & orchards . Solid wood floors, original wooden beams throughout . . My beautiful cottage is perfect for short or longer stays. Its a tranquil magical retreat Fantastic for a romantic getaway or work Access all areas! Sole use of the entire house . Private entrance I will meet and greet my guests and will go that extra mile to ensure That they have a fabulous time I will be available 24/7 for my guests, any problem big or small just give me a call I will always go the extra mile to ensure my guests have a wonderful time. I can meet you to hand you the keys, or I have a key safe ! Welwyn is a truly beautiful village to live in with its array of beautiful boutiques , pubs,bars awesome restaurants, tea rooms coffee shops, a fish & chip shop, A Tesco , gift shops. Wonderful bakery,Fab wine shop , a beautiful old church. Lots of county walks . Roman baths just up the road,and so much more . You will adore it here’re a perfect place to stay for short or longer stays! There are train stations 5 mins away that take you straight into London kings cross,A1 motorway 2 minuet drive away , takes you directly into London, or bus stops to take you to your destination! Or local taxi 5 minuets drive to nearest train station which takes you direct to kings cross in 24 minuets!! A1 is 2mins away takes you straight into London!
