A calm and peaceful retreat close to the town centre. This quirky space created from the first floor of an old butchers shop in a typical Northampton Victorian terraced street. It’s high ceilings with roof windows create a bright and airy space. It’s finished to a very high standard with new modern fixtures and fittings and being fully refurbished in August 2019. Ten min walk to the train station & town centre and a few mins walk to Northampton racecourse park. Parking is free and unrestricted. Totally private self contained Newly renovated 1st floor loft style 2 bed apartment close to the centre of Northampton. This apartment is solely used for guests so there is plenty of clothes storage and drawer space. Complete with fitted kitchen that includes an oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer & washing machine. Also included are plates, cutlery, pots and pans and absolutely everything you should need. This stylish apartment boasts high ceilings & roof windows, which when sunny the sun shines in all day which gives the apartment a really bright and airy feel. There is a 40 inch TV with free view channels in the lounge and Wifi access is also included. The main bedroom features a king size and very comfortable new bed, lamp, dressing mirror with plenty of storage and hanging space. Black out blinds are also fitted in both bedrooms The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a single bed hanging rails and storage space, lamp and dressing mirror. The apartment would ideally suit 2/3 persons. There is a possibility of a bed for a fourth person that can be put in the lounge then folded away in the day time- please inquire for further details. I also have a cot for use with bedding and a stair gate that I can fit up for an extra cost of £10 per visit. Payable directly to us. Please enquire first. Minimum stay of two nights The apartment is situated a ten minute walk from the towns bars, cultural quarter, restaurants and train station. ( London is just >one hour by train). There is a coop supermarket for grocery a three min walk up the hill and a small park just a minutes walk away. .. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits to welcome you after your journey. Clean Towels provided & shower gel, shampoo & Conditioner. Freshly ironed sheets and bedding. I like to meet and greet all my guests if possible to check in. I can be on hand if you should need me. But otherwise I will leave you to do you own thing. Keys may also be left in a key safe which I will send you the code to. A ten minute walk to bus and train stations and the town centre, market and places of interest. It's situated at the end of a terrace on a quiet corner with minimal road traffic or noise. There are a nice mix of people living close by, a lot that I know that have lived there for some years and are friendly folks. A typical Victorian terraced street that was originally built to house shoe factory workers at the turn of the century. The towns bus and train stations are less than a ten minute walk. The town centre is around ten mins walk, Althrop House is around 7 miles away and the town is surrounded by countryside and lovely villages. Stoke bruin is around 7 miles away is ideal for a bite to eat and a walk along the canals and see the narrow boats. Perfect on a summer evening.
