Woodland View

This is a delightful little apartment that is located in our driveway over our triple garage space. It is open plan with kitchen, and shower room downstairs with washing machine. There is a large 33” tv with Free Sat, 2 seater sofa and coffee table. A small dining table w2 chairs. The kitchen has a Neff oven, electric Hob and Mile fridge, microwave & kettle. There are 3 velux windows, a huge window behind the double bed that looks out onto the woodland. There is parking and your own front door. Our house is situated on an old farm surrounded by fields and woodland. It is very quiet and private. There are 5 other houses on the farm. We are situated 15minutes drive from Overton train station and Basingstoke train station. There are nice pubs and village shops etc in the village of Oakley and North Waltham. We are very close to both villages. You will arrive in our household driveway, you access Woodland view through the archway into our garden. The front door is on the right, you are welcome to use our driveway and garden for any pets. We ask that you please pick up after your pets. We maybe in the garden with our children and pets.
