Shasco's Shanty

Amidst the quaint, remote and unpretentious village of Bamfield resides The Shasco House and the Shasco Shanty. This space is great for a couple or a small family. Prices are based on double occupancy. Scott and Sharon would like to create a memorable West Coast experience for their guests, whether that be kayaking, fishing, hiking or beach walks and bocce games, or relaxing in the wood burning sauna, a dip in the hot tub or an evening campfire. Endless possibilities await... A detached room with private entrance on the property that includes all the same amenities as in the house - yup, breakfast is still included in the price. Guests are welcome to relax in the wood fired steam barrel sauna, soak in the hot tub, make your own BBQ style meals in the kitchenette or simply relax on our grounds or by the campfire.
