Located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, the Weidevenne area (30min away from Amsterdam), this 100sqm house is spread out on 3 floors, and features a spacious rooftop terrace. Purmerend's town centre, with its shops (shopping centre Winkelcentrum Weidevenne), restaurants and cafes, is a ten-minute-walk away. From there you can easily catch a bus to visit picturesque Volendam, a quaint rebuilt village of Zaanse Schans. You will also find many buses serving Amsterdam, where you can visit popular attractions, such as the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum, the Stedelijk Museum, the Vondelpark (Amsterdam's famous city park), and all the other sights the Dutch capital has to offer. There is one bus stop conveniently located in front of the house. Third Floor/ Rooftop Terrace - A rooftop terrace with garden furniture (couche + chairs) to relax and enjoy breakfast with a view or sunset drinks. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house so you can easily stay in touch with the rest of the world. Smoking is allowed on the rooftop terrace only. Pets are not allowed. There is a shopping centre called: Winkelcentrum Weidevenne close by. There is a bus stop in front of the door which brings you to the centre of Amsterdam in about 30 minutes. There is a card which you can use to dispose of the garbage in a specific area outside the house.
