A beautiful Country home to relax and spend some quality time with family and friends. It has a pool, pool house, clubhouse, playground, small sports field, and stables. It is 20 minutes from Cali and 15 minutes from the International Airport (CLO). With live-in grounds maintenance and housekeeper in their separate house. This reservation includes lodging ONLY for up to 30 guests. Additional guests will carry other fees. No parties or events are allowed. Our space will provide the perfect setting to relax and enjoy. The house has one main bedroom and four large bedrooms that accommodate a total of 30 guests comfortably. Each bedroom has its full bathroom. The price on this reservation covers up to the first 30 guests; any additional guest will have a fee. We will be available 24-7. The neighborhood is safe and neighbors friendly. The house is a fifteen-minute walking distance from the downtown area, with access to liquor and grocery stores, ATM machines and pharmacies. Other than bikes carrying one passenger from and to downtown, public transportation is nonexistent. You have the option of hiring a driver or renting your own car. We can help with any transportation arrangements. There is plenty of parking space inside the property. Further travel arrangements and transportation services are also available. All bedrooms have air conditioning units; these units will ONLY work between 8 PM and 8 AM.
