Waders Lookout - A luxury home away from home

"Our Luxury Chalet 'Waders Lookout' is set in the beautiful village of Snettisham, which is a 5 minute drive from a Dog Friendly Snettisham Beach, & a 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) into the village centre, with 3 pub/restaurants, one of them famous for having the Royals visit. Our home has been carefully furnished with style, comfort and with family in mind allowing a maximum of 3 dogs to come and stay for free, after all, they are part of your family too. We offer parking for max 4 cars. Our snug is offered with a small double sofa bed, and at no extra cost. You just need to bring your own linen and towels for any guests using this room (ideally children due to the size of the bed). 2 Large TV's - one in the snug and living area, Netflix access, Wi Fi, and a full play room to keep the little ones entertained. Here you will find books, games, puzzles, toys, colouring pencils, soft toys etc. Our home was built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) so is modern and cosy and has underfloor heating downstairs, an en suite for each of the 3 bedrooms and a downstairs toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and an additional beer/drinks/food fridge in the garage. Some garden games are provided including a table tennis table, 2 x sun loungers, garden furniture, and a BBQ. You have access to the entire house and is self check in and check out. You will be provided with 2 mobile numbers during your stay. A general enquiry mobile if you want to ask where something is for eg and this line is available from 7am - 9pm. And an emergency contact mobile which is for out of hours and only emergencies. Their is a key box and code which will be sent to you 1 week prior to your arrival, for you to check in and check out at the agreed time. Waders Lookout is 1.9 miles to Snettisham Beach which you can walk to via the road or you can take the scenic route through the woods and marshes which is 2.5 miles and much more fun! The kids might find the odd swing rope hanging from the trees. This is a very popular route with walkers and dog walkers. The car park at the beach is patrolled so make sure you take some £1 coins with you! 10 minutes away by car you arrive at Hunstanton Beach which has the usual beach activities like arcades, fun fair rides etc. We are half hour from Holkham, Brancaster, Wells next to sea, 20 mins to Thornam, Titchwell, and the Granary Cafe is 2 mins away. 3 pubs are a 20 minute walk away, The Rose and Crown, The Old Bank and The Queen Victoria - there is a wealth of information in the welcome book which is sent to you digitally, to help plan your visit ahead of arriving. It is also available at the property. There is a Chinese and Indian take away local and have been tried and tested, and the local fish and chips is highly recommended! This is all included in our digital welcome book which is sent to you in advance of your visit, to help plan your time in and around Snettisham and the beautiful, picturesque Norfolk coastline. T&C's will be sent to you by Waders Lookout once we receive confirmation of your booking via Airbnb - you are specifically asked to read page 5 on the T&C's. 8 weeks before you are due to arrive, Waders Lookout will request the £250 refundable damage deposit. If you are bringing 3 dogs the damage deposit is £350. If any damage exceeds £250/£350 (see our T&C's) you may need to pay more than this so you are not limited to £250/£350, however general wear and tear is acceptable.
