A family-friendly 3 bedroom property (2 double beds, 2 sofa beds, baby cot), an ideal getaway. A 110 m2 villa in northern Peloponnese at a walking distance from the beach. At just 1.5 hours from Athens (165 km from Athens International Airport) and 1 hour from the port of Patras (88 km) you can enjoy a light and airy 3 bedroom property with 2 bathrooms and a large living/dining room and open-plan kitchen. All modern amenities are available: fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffeemaker, sandwich maker, kitchenware), washing machine, permanent hot water supply, TV, Wi-Fi Internet connection, central heating and fireplace (the house can be visited all year-round). Two double beds and two sofa beds can accommodate up to 6 people. A baby travel cot, high chair and safety door are available for families with younger children. There is a closed garage space, where you will also find two bicycles that you could use for short shopping trips or in order to explore the surrounding area. You can put on your bathing suit and enjoy the clear blue sea of the Corinthian Bay or relax on the large front balcony and enjoy the view of the sea until the sun sets. An additional balcony serves the master and second largest bedroom and has a view on the surrounding mountains with the olive, orange and lemon tree groves. The area is ideal for a relaxing spring and/or summer vacation. You can enjoy the more quiet and family-friendly beaches at a walking distance from the house or the more cosmopolitan beaches of Pefkias (17 km east) or Akrata (14 km west). Major sights of archaeological interest are also within reach, such as Ancient Corinth (50 km east) and the ancient theatre of Epidavros (111 km east), hosting a world renowned summer festival. The area is serviced by the Athens Suburban Railway (Proastiakos), connecting the Athens International Airport and Kiato (28 km east). A regional bus service (KTEL) also connects the capital to the area. The neighboring village of Derveni and town of Xylokastro, where you can find all sorts of shops and restaurants, are also accessible by public buses or private taxi services.
