The newly built (2017) property offers 4* comfort and quality with a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and oven. In the living room is a 140cm wide sofa bed and the bedroom hosting a 180cm wide bed. The home is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate and extra 1-2 children (small surcharge applies). Across the street is Cafe Bockelmann which is open from 12:00-18:00. It's a 3km walk to Wilsede and Wilsede Berg. Bike hire available at the premises. The house has 45sqm of living space with over 100sqm of garden. The rear of the garden is completely private looking towards Wilsede & Wilsede Berg overlooking the heide. There is no disturbance from traffic as no cars are allowed beyond our home besides the odd tractor and frequent horse and carriage. Guests have access to the garden and parking. We live on a farm which is very child friendly with access to an indoor play room with a pool table, table football and ping pong table. There is also a football pitch, volley ball pitch and large play area.. We also have goats, sheep, chickens and 2 pony's offering pony rides in the summer. We also offer tractor rides and tours in peak season in the summer. Bike hire all year round. We are always available for our guests. We live and work from home and are almost always here. If we're not, our family farm is across the street where we have a reception and someone is always available. Across the road we have Cafe Bockelmann established in June 1974 serving traditional German cakes and hot foods. Horse and carriage trips can be booked via our neighbours or at the horse and carriage point only 100m away. Of course our greatest point is easy access to the beautiful Lüneburger Heide which can be accessed from your door. We have some great cycle routes through the heide with cycles available to hire along with horse and carriage which can be booked by our neighbours who offer professional tours. Also 100m away is a horse and cart hop on & off point. There is a free heide shuttle available from 15th July - 15th October servicing the whole Heide Kries and you can even take your bike with you. The Snow Dome, Ralph Schumacher's go cart bahn, Seeterasse and quad bahn is all an easy 10 minute drive away. Bispingen is a 10 minute drive away and there you can find Edeka, Penny, Lidl, Rossmann etc.. along with ice cream shops and restaurants. Centre parks is also located at the other side of bispingen which you can enter as a guest to access there water park and other amenities. Wintermoor Train station is a 10 minute drive away where you can get to Bremen, Hannover or Hamburg. Schneverdingen is 15 minutes away. Heide Park is a 15 minute drive away. The pig farm is just across the road from us and the pigs live only 400m away and can be smelt from time to time. It is a working farm and tractors can also be heard outside. Bycilcle hire is available on site.
