A beautiful, spacious, sunny flat with a garage and 2 balconies in a lovely area by the river 10 minutes from the centre on foot. It has wooden floors, big and modern kitchen with a dishwasher,oven, microwave etc. The bathroom has a bathtub, washing machine and a drier. The bedroom is lovely with a cozy 180x200cm bed, a wardrobe and a balcony with comfy armchairs. The other room has 2 single bunk beds 90 x 200 with high quality mattrasses. Make your stay in Zlin comfortable and feel like home. This flat is located only 10 minutes on foot from the city center. It´s by the riverbank in a unique quarter or red-brick Baťa houses. There is a bicycle route directly in front of the house. It´s great for jogging, roller-blading and bikeriding and it is connected with the 200 km long bicycle routes around the river Morava and Dřevnice. You can use it to walk-ride to a 6 km distant Z00 Lešná or to the castles of Lukov,Malenovice or Vizovice. The house is surrounded by greenery, playgrounds for kids and it is excellent for anyone who loves falling asleep with quiet tree and river sounds. There are two balkonies to relax and two parking lots. The cleaning lady will bring you the keys in the of your announced arrival. I will be available on the phone to assist you with any needs. If you are in Zlín on holiday, visit Spa Lázně Kostelec with a warm water pool and a stunning view, ZOO Lešná, Muzeum of the travellers Zikmund and Hanzelka and Tomáše Baťa , a beautiful colonnade in Luhačovice, take a 20 min hike to the castle of Lukov or Malenovice, Muzeum slivoviceJelínek in Vizovice. Enjoy an incredible view from the restaurant Na Pinduli, romantic dinner in a gurmet restaurant Koliba u Černého medvěda, not only the famous grilled pork knee in the restaurant U Johana, afternoon with kids in Galaxie. You can get everywhere on foot, or using the bicycle route by the house or in a few minutes by car. This is usually announced only a week ahead and I do not consider this a reason to cancel your booking as this maintenance is done across the country in all buildings connected to the central heating.
