Charming traditional Villa seaside

A charming traditional Villa located on the island of San Pietro, southwest of Sardinia. Guests will enjoy privacy and relaxation in a private area with a silent garden and a lovely house within 100 meters from the seaside. The house was build in the traditional tabarkinis style, imported in 1738 by Genoese settlers who had lived on Tunisian island of Tabarka for several centuries. Restored to mantain its original style, the house can host comfortably 8 guests. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped large kitchen and a spacious living room, the large master bedroom with a bathroom with shower and a second bedroom with two twins bed. Near the kitchen there is another bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs a double bedroom with stunning sea view and a bedroom with low roof and two single bed plus a half bathroom. Outside a stone patio surrounded by curvy walls and palm trees, where two wooden tables offer a perfect dining area for morning coffee and meals. The large house walls and its terracotta floors keep the rooms wonderfully cool during summer months. The garden hosts a variety of typical Mediterranean species such as wild capers, pine trees and palm trees. A short path from the garden leads to the wild rocky and sandy sea side and its cristal clear waters. The property it is only 10 minutes drive from the village of Carloforte and its many restaurants, shops and port. The entire property is reserved to our guests so privacy and silence are guaranteed. It is recommended to bring or hire a car a scooter or a bike on the island. I may not be on the island some times ( I can be always 24/7 reachable on my phone) but a few person I well know that lives on the island will be able to help you for any request you may have. From the island main road a 150 mt unpaved driveway in good conditions leads to the property. Public transport to the village and to the beaches is provided every 30 minutes (except at night hours). However we recommend to get a car to explore the island without being restricted to the time schedule and itinerary of the public transport. The house is fully equipped with bed linen, towels, fully size refrigerator, washing machine, dishes and cookware. There are also two baby cribs foldable for children from 6 month up to 4 years old, two high chairs, dishes for children and toys. For the sea the house offer you sea towels and beach umbrella, moreover two canoes are available to explore the marine surroundings.
