Situated in the quaint little village of Dersingham, only a few miles away from The Royal Estate of Sandringham, which offers endless walks and cycle paths in the middle of the countryside. It is definitely worth a visit during Christmas time to spot some of the Royal Family members. The house is a perfect base to explore the lovely area of North West Norfolk, within easy reach to Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham, Snettingsham Park and many other beautiful areas. The house is located in a lovely and quiet residential area. Pubs, restaurants, shops, supermarket and garden centre are all within walking distance. The interior of the house is very homely, furnished in a varied and established style. There are 2 bedrooms, each of them with a double bed, the larger one has a "pull down" single bed offering an extra space as a family room. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge and a put-u-up bed (for child) which can be accommodated in either room. 2 separate WC. 2 shower rooms (the larger one with shower, washbasin and bidet). Large lounge with an electric feature fire as extra background heating. Conservatory and door to rear garden offering all day sunshine.Fitted kitchen with door to rear lobby. Larder store. Parking for two cars in the drive. Rail links to Kings Lynn from other national stations make it easy for those on public transport. There are regular bus service for the whole area as well.
