ANNE BOLEYN COURTYARD/GARDEN ROOM

We invite you to relax and enjoy your visit and explore the quirky elements the property has to offer, believed to be one of the oldest properties in Market Bosworth, its Tudor heart is clear to see from the existing wood frame, the Georgian frontage clearly added some years later. The listed cobbled courtyard is thought to have been one of the main streets running through the property. We have a total of five en suite rooms with our King Richard room offering a seperate bunk bed room and bathroom for a family configuration. For full occupancy we can accomodate 12 people. Upon entering through the Georgian front door into the hallway you will find the reading room/study on the left where you can spend some quiet time reading or making use of the free wifi at our corporate space with desks and lamps, opposite the reading room is the drawing room which we have made for guests to relax and watch the world go by along with a view into the square, you are welcome to enjoy the open fire and surroundings anytime during your stay, also on the ground floor of the property we have our Breakfast room fitted with log burner for the colder months, full of character and beams. We do not live on site therefore our reception area is not open 24hrs. We do require a time of arrival for check in B&B at No.3 is set within the heart of the historic town of Market Bosworth overlooking the square with its bustling boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants all on the doorstop. Explore the History of The War of The Roses battle, the Bosworth Battlefield visitors centre is only 2 miles away & is of huge interest with interactive tour, historic memorabilia and much much more. Twycross Zoo is only a few miles away and extremely well looked after having received huge investment over the past few years and now hosts a huge amount of visitors each year. Market Bosworth Park is only a stroll away from the house itself the park is a wonderful space to unwind and get away from it all, large open spaces, woodland and lake walks, children play area and much more to explore.
