Authentic family house, shabby chic style, full of souvenirs with a superb wooded park. 5' away from nature (hiking, biking, riding, canoeing, ..), world-renowned bouldering sites, culture (Fontainebleau, Rambouillet, Moret s/ Loing...). Remote work friendly, great wifi. Paris <1h drive/train. 8.00 pm check-out on Sunday for traffic-free return. Very well equipped to share great moments (terrace, BBQ, ping pong..) Perfect for families, group of friends, boulderers, hikers and forest lovers Good combination of charm and full-fledge equipment. You can enjoy your family and friends in the spacious living room, play room, terrace and park...) or rest in your uniquely decorated room Made for farniente or for resting after a full day of sports/bouldering, it is well-equipped with all utilities ( great wifi, dish washer and washing machine, mw, 2 fridges, home cinema, BBQ) Many outdoor games (badminton, ping pong, pétanque, trampolines...) for young and old as well as some mountain bikes are available for travelers. There are crashpads for rent, and it is easy to park 3 family cars. Great bouldering spots nearby. You get full access. We strive to personally welcome and check out all our guests and definitely remain available to make this stay a pleasant one. Practical tips with the house, advice on cultural and leisure activities, where to buy good food, nice restaurants around. Sunday departure time can be extended free of charge until 19.00 Very quiet neighborhood, (well, you probably won't notice any neighbors) 10' walking distance of a supermarket and a (very good) boulangerie (yes, french croissants ;-) ) A car is more than useful to access all the great features of the region. Yet, it may be a good idea to take the train to spend a day in Paris. The station ou Bourron Marlotte or Nemours-St Pierre are just 5' drive away, Fontainebleau-Avon 12'. Although we do our best to make you feel comfortable in our home, we are not a hotel nor hospitality professionals. Rather, we want you to feel as if an old friend you lost sight would lent you his house.... Thus the linen is provided but the beds will not be made upon your arrival. The cleaning is done but we are counting on you to leave the house in order and the kitchen tidy (empty dishwasher, garbage out)... as you would leave the house to a friend ;-)
