Luka Lodge with private swimming pool

All bookings have a 3night minimum stay. Weekend bookings have a 3night minimum stay starting on Friday. Luka Lodge is set in a fully fenced and gated garden with large covered heated swimming pool, private playground and separate sauna building. Deluxe cabin benefits from large terrace with fire burner/ grill, outdoor lounge set and football table. It also has two bi-fold doors that allows to bring the outside into the large open plan living area. Swimming pool measures 4 x 11 meters. Its depth is between 1.1 and 1.6 meters. It is heated and has retractable cover which allows to use it all year round. Floor around the pool is heated during the cold season. There is a large comfortable hot tub fitted next to the pool. It fits up to eight people. There are several lounges next to the pool for you to relax or sunbathe. Sauna is fitted in exclusive separate building. While relaxing in the sauna you can overlook the pool area through the panoramic window. There is a bathroom with a shower and extra feature -ice bucket- in the same building. Also cosy area to sit and refresh yourself. Outside the building there is patio with unique oak hand made bar table and highchairs. Spacious playground with several swings and slide. The ground around is covered with soft rubber layer to keep the play time all safe and fun. Accommodation Luxury log cabin has 6 bedrooms and comfortably can accommodate 12+2 people. Travel cots can be provided on request with no additional charge. 2x Family bedrooms on the ground floor Spacious family bedrooms are equipped with oak king size beds and single futon beds in each room. 2x Double bedrooms on the ground floor These bedrooms are equipped with oak double size beds. 2x Double bedrooms in the loft Double beds, oak furniture and sunroof in both rooms. All bedrooms fully furnished and provide you with lots of storage. All bedding and linen are provided for your relaxing stay. Two bathrooms are on the ground floor, both with walk in showers and stone basins. Towels are included for your comfort. Kitchen/ Dining/ Sitting area Kitchen is finished in solid oak and has electric range cooker, fridge/ freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster and kettle. We included all the comforts you will require during a luxurious self-catering break. All guests receive all kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware and a welcome hamper on arrival. Solid oak dining table with chairs for 14 persons and sitting area with genuine leather Chesterfield sofas and large size smart TV. Throughout the lodge you can stay connected to our Wi-Fi. Dining and sitting area can be extended by opening two bi-fold doors to the terrace. Playroom/ Mezzanine area Oak stairs will bring you to the game area with full size pool table, where you can also enjoy board games or just relax on the Danish sofa with the glass of wine. Additional Information Small dog breeds are welcome to stay (please inform when booking). We can accept max 2 small breed dogs at a time. Dogs must be strictly kept off furniture, swimming pool and it's area. Two adult size bikes and one kids bike can be used by guests for free. Washing machine and tumble dryer is located in sauna building. Ironing facilities and hairdryer for your use. Floor heating in the main building, sauna and around the pool. Private roofed parking for 2 cars, the front yard fits up to 6 cars in total. Luka Lodge is a newly built log cabin situated in the Pentney Lakes site which is most popular with it’s fishing and water sports activities. The site is surrounded by beautiful old pine forest. Its sandy paths are perfect for walks and cycle rides. It’s a very peaceful location well away from highways and city noise.
