This house has easy access to I-75, SR 12, SR 224 and SR 15. A short walk to downtown Findlay for shopping, night life and restaurants is a perfect get-a-way for any visitors . This pet friendly place is a perfect house for a quick visit with family or a long term stay for a work crew. This space has free onsite parking, there are stairs to enter the home as well as to get to the upstairs bedrooms. There is a bedroom downstairs as well as a sofa for main level sleeping. The house is located in front of an automotive repair shop making it easy to find. Laundry is just off the kitchen. You have full access to the house (except the basement). It dissects main street and has many unique restaurants, shopping and coffee shops right on our street!! Circle of Friends is an excellent restaurant for anyone who wants a taste of many different regions of the world. We Serve Coffee is a not for profit coffee house that supports charities all over the world. The Fern is a bar/restaurant with excellent lunch specials!! Trends is a cute one of a kind boutique on the corner of Main Street and Sandusky. There are plenty of Lyfe, Uber, or taxi's if you need transportation. This house also has a sidewalk that can take you all the way to the end of Findlay!! There is a few hiking parks nearby as well as walking trails. You can get anywhere in town in 15 minutes or less. There is a chance for noise M-F as the house sits in front of a business. This house was built in the 1800’s and is made of brick. That lends itself strange configurations of electric, heat, air, WiFi signal and many other things. This house is affordably priced.
