Beautiful 2 Rooms Guestsuite with Terrace

Very beautiful 2 rooms space with a terrace in southern direction and on two levels. A lot of books in German and some in english and french are in the living room. Nothing for giants, the height of the ground level (kitchen and bathroom) is only 2m. There are a steep stairs in the apartment! Rahlstedt is part of Hamburg with its own Small-City-Flair: very green, small houses and friendly people. In our 2-Room-guest space you'll find something unique: It's in two stories built and has a beautiful mediterranean showerbath also a second WC for guests. The apartment is not barrierfree! The livingroom has a Flatscreen-TV, Bluray-Player and a Hifi-Tower. WLAN is in the price included. We have satellite-TV so almost everybody can watch TV in his own language. From the livingroom you can go on the big terrace. It lies surrounded from plants to the southwest. In the livingroom is a sleepingpossiblitiy for 2 people on the sofabed ( ca. 2,00m x 1,60m). In the sleepingroom is a doublebed ( 1,60m x 2,00m) and a kids bed (1,4m x 0,7m). A kids chair is available. The apartment can be used from : 2(-3 separate adults , we could get a third mattress on the ground)/ 2 couples/ a family with two adults and two kids. There are steep stairs. If you are traveling with kids you should contact us because of the safety of the kids! It's possible to use the cleaning service for your laundry. Get us your laundry and we will return it to you as soon as possible. If the laundry can be tumbled, you will get ist dry back, if not you will get it back wet. There is drying rack and an iron in the apartment. In the kitchen you find everything what is needed for cooking and a dishwasher. If you want we fill the refrigerator before you arrive! If you want to visit a restaurant : The Greek is 450m, a Chinese only 400m away. By bus you are in 48 minutes at the Hamburg Messe, the trainstation Rahlstedt is 2km away and you are by bus in 10 minutes there. From the trainstation it's only 15 minutes to the Citycentre and Centralstation. Hamburg has a lot of attractions: Reeperbahn and harbour, Madame Tussauds, the Michel, Hamburg Dungeon, Dialog im Dunklen, Miniatur-Wonderland, a lot of cinemas, theatres, concerts, Musicals... To the Ostsee it's only a 45 minutes drive. If you want to go shopping, nearby are a lot of shops: the bakery is only 400m, a supermarket and a drugstore 850m. We want our guests to be happy and come back soon! Guests do have the total space on their own. We are right on the other side of the house. We can assist if there are any problems. Guests can contact us directly or per mobile phone or mail. If guests do not want to be disturbed, they will not! :-) It's very green and silent here. To ILS and Euro-FH it's a 15 min. walk or two bus stations. The children hospital Wilhelmstift is 1,5km away, by feet a 15 minutes walk, by bus one station away. Schloss-Akademie is 1,7km away, just a 15 min. walk. By bus and train you are in 30 minutes in the citycentre (Hauptbahnhof). There is a bus directly to the airport, busstation is 1500m from here. There is another bus directly to Messe. The public transit still works at night. You can come here all night long by bus! It's no good destination for very big people. The souterrain area has only a height of 2m (kitchen and bathroom).
