We offer guest rooms with private bathrooms and a community guest house kitchen in our guest house in Leippe, near Bernsdorf and Lauta. Leippe is located in the beautiful landscape of "Lausitz" (Lusatia). Within 50 km you'll find various sight seeing spots. Our small village is a great starting point for discoveries and activities in the holiday region „Lausitzer Seenland“ where you can go swimming, bicycling, skating or do water sports. We are looking forward to hosting you in our guest house! You'll live in a modern guest room of 25 m² with a private bathroom (with a walk-in shower) on the upper floor and a community guest house kitchen (downstairs). One part of the room is arranged with a cosy couch and a small working space that gives you the opportunity to either do some work and research or to spend a relaxing evening in your private room. A movable TV is installed, so that you can watch TV while sitting on the couch or lying in the bed. If you are travelling with toddlers, we offer you a baby cot of 140 cm length. Books and board games will keep you in a cheerful mood on rainy days. The private en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. We offer towels and a hair dryer inclusively. The guest house kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and a stove, dish washer and washing machine, an electric kettle and a coffee machine, a microwave and a toaster; as well as cutlery and tableware. We offer free parking spaces along our driveway. We are pleased to help you with any questions and concerns. Leippe is located between the two small towns of Bernsdorf and Lauta in Lusatia „Lausitz“. Within 50 km you'll have various sightseeing spots such as the old town of Dresden or Bautzen, the castle and park of Bad Muskau, the dinosaur park in Kleinwelka, the park of glacial erratics in Nochten, the Spreewald and the gorgeous landscape of Upper Lusatia “Oberlausitz”. You might discover the Sorban culture or the characteristics of lignite (brown coal) mining and extractions in two different museums: the mine museum for visitors “F60” or the “Saxon Museum of industry | Energy Factory Knappenrode”. Furthermore, you can start in Leippe to do skating or bicycling tours towards nearby romantic lakes to go swimming or you go by car to one of the more touristic spots and do water sports like canoeing, wind-surfing, etc. If you prefer cultural events, there are a lot of those nearby. There are theatres, cinemas, zoos and museums in Senftenberg, Großkoschen, Hoyerswerda or you go to the legendary and mythical mill of Krabat in Schwarzkollm. We offer parking places within our courtyard that we close with a gate every night. Leippe is a very small village. You'll find discounters in Bernsdorf and Lauta within the next 4 km. In 4 km distance you'll have the train station of Lauta which is connected to the cities of Leipzig (3 hours) and Dresden (2 hours). We offer 3 different types of guest rooms. 'Room 1' up to 4 guests 1 double bedroom with 1 queen size bed (140 cm wide) + 2 single beds (90cm wide) and a comfy sofa 'Room 2' up to 2 guests 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm wide) 'Room 3' up to 3 guests 1 double bedroom with 1 king size bed (160 cm wide) 1 living room with a convertible sofa (120 cm wide) Additionally to 'Room 3' we offer: (up to 4 guests) 1 double bedroom with 1 super king size bed (180 cm wide) + 1 convertible queen size sofa (140 cm wide) Bathroom needs to be shared with guest room 'Steuer 3'. All in all we have 13 comfortable berths that you may book individually. We offer free WIFI to all our guests.
