Stunning summer house, open all year round with beautiful views across the Lea Valley. Very peaceful only 5 mins from Broxbourne Station and Harlow Station with links to London and Stansted Airport, easy access to M11 & M25. 20 mins Drive to Stansted Airport, 5 mins from local shops, The Fish & Eels pub and Riverside Palace Cafe are 5 mins drive at Dobbs Weir along the river, both highly recommended. Come and enjoy some relaxation and beautiful views. Great views across the Lee Valley. You can relax in the hot tub with a glass of wine while watching the sun set. Or Jump in the warm hot tub and relax in the colder months. Access is via an electric gate where there is an intercom to press upon arrival. I will meet and greet you upon arrival and provide you with a key and gate fob for the duration of your stay. I live on the premises at the bottom of the hill and the summer house is in the far corner of the land. Summer House is situated in the Lea Valley with great walking and cycling routes. There are canoeing and sailing facilities 2 mins drive from the property. There is also Paradise Wildlife Park which is only 10 mins away. There are lovely local pubs along the River Lea which are only 5 mins drive away. Also there are some lovely local restaurants within local proximity. Train station is only 5 mins drive with great routes into London. Harlow train station is 10 mins drive. Broxbourne train station is 5 mins drive. Please note that this is a studio annex with a sofa bed only Please note that I do have 2 dogs at the property, one large girl super friendly & placid and one little Frenchie puppy
