Cow shed in countryside garden

Garden room looking out to countryside views, with double bed, kitchen area with small breakfast bar and ensuite shower room. Own side entrance, road-side parking and two outdoor covered seating areas , with use of gas bbq and chiminea. Walk straight out into fields or walk to the picturesque village of Hurstpierpoint. Three miles to the train station at Hassocks, where you can get to London in less than an hour or Brighton in 7 minutes . A lockable shed for other storage available. Cow shed theme, both inside and out! ( only real animals are a friendly dog and a sleeping cat ) Friendly well- behaved dogs are welcome to stay. Please note: although it is a self contained property, the garden is shared ( although I rarely use it if I have guests and there are private places within the garden) The access is round the side of the house, walking past front and kitchen windows to the main house . Own ensuite: towels and toiletries , hairdryer provided. Own indoor kitchen area: microwave, small drinks fridge, kettle, tea/ coffee facilities, collapsing breakfast bar and two bar stools. Small double bed ( new Queen size mattress ) and all bedding provided. Please note: the bed is fitted so if you are over 6 foot tall, you can’t hang your feet over the end ! Two outside covered seating areas; the one furthest from the house has sun all day long and includes a gas bbq and chiminea. To say hello on arrival! Sharing garden with a friendly house dog and cat . You will have a key, to come and go as you please and your own side entrance . Fabulous walks and bike rides from the front door. A short drive to Devils Dyke , Clayton Windmills or Ditchling Beacon, if you want amazing walks along The South Downs; 10 miles to Brighton beach and shops; 2 miles to Hickstead Show ground; a 20 minute drive to Gatwick airport . You can walk into Hurstpierpoint ( all tarmac paths ) where there are a variety of pubs, restaurants , coffee shops , and local food shops. Close to A23 for easy road access.Gatwick is a twenty minute drive away. 3 miles to Hassocks train station, with frequent trains to London/ Bedford/ Brighton. Regular bus route to Brighton/ Burgess Hill Free wi-fi available and WiFi booster for gaming fans. Breakfast is provided- home made bread and jam, milk and selection of muesli-type cereals Radio Electric radiator / fan Washing line / use of washing machine if required Lockable adjacent shed for bikes/ large luggage Extra fridge in covered outdoor area.
