The entrance leads both to the living area, with a living room equipped with a sofa bed and a dining table, and to the kitchen with a small breakfast counter. In the separate sleeping area there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The balcony guarantees perfect privacy and is equipped with outdoor table and chairs, sofas and a barbecue. The spacious enclosed garden is perfect for relaxing or letting the children play together. The swimming pool with outdoor shower is surrounded by a large solarium with sun loungers, chairs and parasol reserved for the flat. The property is located in the municipality of Tavullia, a few steps from the village of Belvedere Fogliense. The main services, such as bars, restaurants, are located about 2 km in the town of Mondaino, while in the town of Montecchio, about 7 km, you will find several supermarkets always open, shops, takeaways, etc. ... About 19 km away is Cattolica, with its lovely bars and clubs with music on the beach. On a cultural level, Urbino (17 km) and Pesaro (23 km) are worth a visit, with its lively promenade and beautiful golden sandy beaches. A cot and high chair can be requested free of charge.
