Located next to a bridleway at the end of a quiet close in an idyllic village on the edge of the Cotswolds. The ground floor annexe benefits from a luxury King size bed with en-suite shower room. Its own living area with a smart TV & Sky, breakfast table & chairs. There are numerous gastro pubs in Deddington and the surrounding villages. Beautiful walks in the countryside from the garden gate. Guests have free parking next to their accommodation and the village amenities are all a 10 minute walk away. There is a keysafe for guests independent access to the annexe, which is immediately next to the front door of the annexe. Much of the time we will be at home to answer any questions as the annexe is attached to our home, but ww will leave you in peace unless you need us. The village has a well stocked shop, a delicatessen, 4 pubs offering a wide range of food, a Chinese takeaway, an Indian Restaurant/Takeaway and a Tea shop. The Market square hosts a local farmers market on the last Saturday of each month. On the edge of the Cotswolds, Deddington is 15 minutes from Junction 10 and 11 of the M40, it is ideal for a cultural visit, shopping or a chilled week end. Oxford, Stratford Upon Avon, Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Bicester Village and Silverstone are all within easy reach. There are plenty of walks or Cycle routes across open countryside which can lead you to a host of excellent pubs or end up back in Deddington to enjoy one of many eateries.
