Cosy room,900m from the station,13miles from Luton

We have 2 spare bedrooms, although one is primarily used for Airbnb. We also have a cat, so bear in mind :) I think Airbnb is a great idea and a brilliant way to explore new cities for a min price. You can meet locals or just stay overnight when on business.We respect your privacy and want you to feel like at home.Towels inc. I kindly ask you not to park your car in front of the house no.14, as there’s an older couple and need that spot. Anything please give me a shout. If you do smoke, please go outside the house. We have 200m to the nearest shop,post office,900m to the main train station, 1.5km to the shopping centre. There is also a dry ski slope nearby. Good connection to central London and also, we both drive to work almost daily,so can give you a ride- bear in mind, early hours. We have started hosting recently but I use it quite a lot when travelling. Ps. Please make sure you discuss your arrival time with us as we might not be at home. Evenings preferably, around 7pm. You will have your own(Small/medium size) room with comfy single bed . You can use shared bathroom, kitchen to make a coffee or tea. Street parking available, avoid parking in front of house no.14. Basically, you can feel like at home and use what you need in a kindly manner of course.Meals are not provided but feel free to chuck something in the fridge. We are not keen on guests using the oven/hob, if we are not at home, as we have had a bad previous experience when alarms went off, while the guest fell asleep. Only, if we are around we can heat something up for you, if needed. I can give you a lift to/from central London during the week. Have some maps and info you can use. There is a shopping centre, dry ski slope, a lot of gym options,swimming pool and much more. Please don't park your car in front of the house no14 900m to the main Hemel Hempstead station, 35 minutes to central London. We can drop you somewhere if needed(see above:)) There is a Luton airport 13.7 miles away. Fairly easy access by taxi, bus or uber.
