Apartment in the open countryside of Monferrato with large terrace

The apartment is located on the first floor of an independent house. It has a large 40sqm terrace overlooking the Alps, a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. The owners live on the ground floor. It is accessed via a staircase, from an independent entrance, to the terrace and, from here, to the apartment. It is located in the open countryside, in the lower Monferrato, one hour from Turin and the Langhe and half an hour from Asti. There are several paths to walk through the woods. You can easily reach the two neighboring villages of Cortandone and Roatto. In the latter it is possible to shop in a small butchery of first quality where you can also buy other food. The neighboring countries offer places where it is possible to visit buildings of historical and artistic value and food and wine festivals It is possible to walk on foot in the surroundings. To visit the places of the Moferrato, to reach Asti, Turin or the Langhe a car is necessary We will be happy to suggest places to visit and restaurants and we will put you in touch with local producers to buy fruit, vegetables and eggs of the day. Furthermore, since we love eating good things and cooking, we organize lunches and dinners for a few people WE OFFER: HOME RESTAURANT            IS COOKING WORKSHOP to share our culinary skills and experiences by making stuffed pasta, sourdough bread, traditional regional Italian dishes. Therefore you are free to book a dinner with us, cooked with care and made with FRESH INGREDIENTS at Km 0 PRICES Lunch / dinner: from 15 € to 25 € per person (depending on the menu) PRICES cooking workshop: from € 25 to € 50 per person (depending on the dish / menu which will then be consumed together) In the winter season from mid-October to mid-April the cost of gas is not included in the price. It goes from 3 to 4 euros per day based on consumption.
