I will mainly not be available to receive you, because I am currently on a job abroad, but there is a very friendly compound manager who will receive you and provide you the keys. It’s a touristic area by the coast, green all year around, with permanent residents as well. there is underground parking space. you can walk to the main town market. the beach is 2km away, it is a long walk.
