Fantastic chalet near Cortina d'Ampezzo
The villa, nestled in a forest 12 kilometers from Cortina d'Ampezzo, is ideal for the stay of mountain lovers in summer and winter. The Villa is part of the Eni village of Borca di Cadore, at the foot of Mount Antelao in the Belluno Dolomites, which was born by the will of Enrico Mattei, president of Eni, at the beginning of the 1950s based on a project by the architect Edoardo Gellner. The village is made up of various structures including the Colonia, the Chiesa Nostra Signora del Cadore, the Albergo and the residence, the campsite with wooden huts and numerous single-family villas scattered in the woods. The large spaces available allow adequate privacy even for two families. The two-story Villa offers a marvelous view of Mount Pelmo thanks to the large windows that welcome all the brightness of the sun of the Dolomites. On the ground floor there is the entrance, a relaxing lounge, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine. Going up the stairs you enter the large living area, the well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom and a shower. Next to the entrance there is a large storage room for storing skis, boots and any bicycles in summer stays.
