A short walk from the cliff top with its cafes, restaurants and stunning views across to the Isle of Wight. Guests enjoy a king bedroom with private bathroom. A second king room is available for friend/family groups. The 2nd room can be made available if there are two guests who do not wish to share at a cost of £40 extra per night, payable on arrival. Additional guests are charged separately. via Airbnb. Breakfast (continental) is served in our large kitchen diner (or the garden). For your reassurance we adhere to the Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol. Breakfast consists of serve yourself cereal/toast/pastries/yoghurt/fruit, tea/coffee/fruit juice . Tea/coffee making facilities in your bedroom, a new 32" freeview TV together with a selection of DVDs. We have a large drying room should you be unfortunate enough to get wet whilst you are out walking. We are also happy for you to use the washing machine/tumble dryer for a small fee. You will have the entire top floor to yourself (perfect for privacy and social distancing!) There is an additional king guest room available for family groups/friends who do not mind sharing a bathroom. Groups of 2 not wishing to share the king bedroom may use the second room at a cost of £40 per night, payable on arrival. We also have a shed where you can securely store your bikes. We have 2 ocean kayaks available for rent, with dry bags, for £15 per day each (insurance and bouyancy aids not provided). You will have your own private bathroom, breakfast is served in the large kitchen/diner (a lovely patio dining area is available in the summer) and there is also a downstairs WC. For guests booking both rooms the bathroom is shared between both rooms. We also have a self-contained studio cottage on the premises (see listing for Pebble Cottage) One of us is usually home during the day to answer any questions, give advice on places to visit etc. Happy to chat, but equally understand if you want your own space. We are close to the Chewton Glen Hotel and Highcliffe Castle so offer an ideal place to stay if you are attending a wedding/function at either of these two fabulous venues. There is a bus stop at the end of the road where you can catch a bus to Lymington, New Milton, Milford on Sea, Christchurch and Bournemouth. The train station is a short drive away or about a 20 minute walk. There is plenty of on street parking. We do have parking on the drive but we have to play musical cars to let people in and out! We do not provide cooking facilities
