Sea front condo on the Gulf of Pagasitikos

3 bedroom house located by the beach of Marathos (only 10km away from the city of Volos), with a beautiful garden and barbecue, and an amazing sea view. Only seconds on foot to the nearest beach. Ideal for relaxing holidays both for a family and a group of friends. There is a living space with big class doors offering an amazing view to the garden and the sea. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 big bathroom and 1 WC. It is baby-friendly, offering a variety of toys for children as young as 2 years old (also including an inflatable boat that fits an adult and a child). Please contact me if you plan to visit the house during the winter, as there are heating limitations. You would be able to use the whole house and garden. We only keep one wardrobe locked with personal items. We will be available for any issue/advice The gulf of Marathos is close both to the city of Volos and Anchialos. There are no grocery stores in the village, so we would recommend that you buy all necessary supplies in advance (e.g. snacks, supplies for cooking, etc.). There are plenty of restaurants and bars in Volos, Anchialos, and some other villages, but they all require a car transport.
