VAN DESCRIPTION This elegant classic van has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests per stay. Both bedrooms have double beds and one has lots of space for a cot bed and the other has its own ensuite that has a shower, wash basin and toilet. Both bedrooms have wardrobes. The main bathroom also has a shower, wash basin and toilet so there will be no arguing when everyone is getting ready at the same time. The very modern kitchen has everything you will need to prepare and cook your meals including a hob and oven, a microwave and fridge freezer and also a toaster and kettle. There is a dining table and chairs to sit together at meal times. This beautiful van has lots of natural light that flows in from the double patio doors that when open flows onto a decking area that is a sun trap. The main living area has fitted furniture that is very comfortable and this is where you will find the double pull out sofa bed with a little electric fire, double glazed windows and central heating throughout the property you will not be feeling the chill in the evenings. A fair use basis on electric and gas comes included. This is not a pet friendly property. EXTRAS 1066 holidays provide all your fresh clean linen and white fluffy towels so you don't have to worry about the making of beds etc as we dress your property for you. We also leave you a welcome pack in the kitchen to help get your holiday started immediately. All 1066 holidays properties are no smoking and all are self catering. SURROUNDING AREA Newbeach has so much to offer for that perfect family holiday, you can't get much closer to the sea than here, it's just over the road and one of the nicest beaches in the south. There are fantastic cycle routes along the promenade for the energetics, local animal parks including alpaca annie and county walks. You have the crypt of st leonard, this is one to see, it is where the best preserved collection of ancient human skulls and bones in britain. Port lympne is an amazing animal zoo for the animal lover with hundreds of different species, and not forgetting the dymchurch amusement park with great fun and games for all ages, everywhere you go there are great places to sit and rest in eateries, cafes and bars. PLEASE NOTE entertainment passes are NOT included in your holiday price. NEWBEACH HOLIDAY PARK In 2018 New Beach opened a brand new entertainment complex. Kitted out with the latest showbiz technology, and a high-tech lighting and sound system, it stages amazing West End-style live shows through the holiday season. Along with a new arcade, there's also a funky bar with super-size TV screens, a restaurant, a mini-supermarket, and more. There is entertainment for all the family in peak times that are usually between 1st of april - 1st november.
