Can be rented together with the second, fully-separate apartment in the bungalow. The space is completely designed and furnished by an architect to provide maximum comfort with modern style. The apartment is for your exclusive use, including your own outdoor patio with seating. The garden is shared with another apartment in the same bungalow. Apartment owners and accommodation manager are available on call and can reach the site within an hour. During day-time hours there is a reception desk available at the resort. Apartment is part of a semi-detached bungalow (with an additional apartment of the same size). The bungalow is in a residential section of the Penati Golf Resort, surrounded by other houses occupied predominantly by golf enthusiasts. The resort features a man-made lake with a sandy beach located a few minutes walk away. The lake is only accessible for resort residents and guests. The Club House at the resort is a three minutes drive or seven-minute walk. Resort restaurant Al Trivio offers delivery to the house at no extra charge. There is no public transportation directly to the resort but the railway station Senica (and the town itself) is a short-drive away. Reasonably priced taxi transportation from Senica is available. Because the resort is considered a vacation area rather than a residential area, there is occasionally noise in the evening from BBQ and partying.
