Depandance in the Villa for 2/3 people

The dependance is a portion of the house with independent entrance that we decided to rent separately for couples or small families looking for a nest near the beaches and at an affordable price. This studio apartment is part of a country house in an area close to the sea. Intimate and spacious enough for dependence is a great choice for couples, possibly with one or two children. The room is bright and airy and allows you to enjoy the comfort of a unique room including a beautiful kitchen, dining table, double sofa bed and a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious with a large 1.2m shower and all windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Around the house in 100sqm of terrace and a large garden surround the gazebo, table and deck chairs that overlook the lawn. A number of beautiful beaches can be reached by car through an inner road (so not busy) in just 5 minutes.
