An Doras Dearg (The Red Door) is a new semi-detached 2 bedroom bungalow located in a new upscale estate with all new furnishings! It is walking distance (550 m) to the fabulous Waterford Greenway trail, bike hires, restaurants and shops in Dungarvan (1.1 km). The Abbeyside beach walk is directly across the street. Maximum 5 people (See bed description below and photos. Bed for 5th person is a sofa sleeper, not a private room.) No Smoking & No Pets Due to Allergies -NO EXCEPTONS 3 night min stay This is a very modern, open plan design with a large modern kitchen and underfloor heating. The main bedroom is a Super King bed (sleeps 2) with large wardrobe. The second bedroom has two Single beds (sleeps 2). There is a Full Size Sleeper Sofa in the open living area. (Small sofa sleeper sleeps one person and is NOT A PRIVATE bedroom, it is in the main open area.) Bathroom has both a soaking tub as well as a walk in shower with a rain shower head. WiFi and cable TV with Netflix. (You must have your own subscription to sign into Netflix) Full size washing machine and a separate dryer, located in the plant room accessed through the patio. Fully enclosed outdoor patio with table and chairs for privacy and secured for bicycles. There is an infant travel cot available (up to 15kgs). No bedding is provided for the infant cot, you must bring your own. No other infant or child equipment or children’s toys provided. ** NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OR LARGE GROUPS ALLOWED. (Maximum 5 people) ** This is a quiet residential estate. We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. We have a 24 hour window between guests to insure more time for this cleaning. PLEASE DO NOT CHECK IN IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR PARTY IS ILL WITH A FEVER, COUGH OR FLU SYMPTOMS. We have a generous cancellation policy during this time in case of emergency. Semi detached private home. On site parking close to the front door. No stairs inside or outside. Enclosed, secured patio for bike storage. We live in the United States and we sadly will not be able to meet you ourselves.
