Tranquil cottage with easy access to towns & beach

Callums corner is set in the tranquil village of theddlethorpe. This is a 1 bedroom self contained cottage with off rd parking and cctv. There are 3 separate entrance's for privacy, 1 large double bedroom, open plan kitchen living room with a double sofa bed. A separate utility which is great for muddy boots. We are dog friendly and we are 2 minutes drive from our secluded beach and nature reserve offering beautiful coastal walks. We are close to mablethorpe, Louth and skegness. the cottage has its own little garden at the front with seating and is lovely on an evening. we have off rd parking and CCTV. we have a kitchen,shower/bathroom all in the cottage so it is your own space and we are completely dog friendly Callums cottage has all bills included plus all essentials. We are very easy going, you now have your own fenced garden which is perfect 4 dogs. completely re painted inside and looking forward to welcoming you back. A full menu will be provided and we have many local takeaways. Louth is 20 mins by car, mablethorpe 10 mins, skeg 40 mins , horncastle 35 mins and Lincoln 45 mins plus local bus services. as the cottage is self contained you have all bedding, towels and cooking materials supplied so you can come and go as you wish we are now newly redecorated and guests now have their own fenced off garden perfect 4 dogs. Full self contained so it's yours to come and go as you please
