A station away from Delphos.... All super markets, coffee shops, restaurants, parks & the beach in palm of your hand! In middle of trees....and in front of the sea....easy access to the town. You can use your own means of transports or public transport....the bus stops at the Limani (harbor) square.... very close to our home.... Thank you for being our guests! Please read the house rules, upon arriving... you accept them. - We must be kept informed in advanced about the arriving time and if delays occurred. - Arrival after 13:00 pm Departure until 11:00 am - Passport number and taxation number must be provided upon arrival for identification reasons and to fill in the taxation forms . - Only the registered persons are allowed to enter the apartment !! Please do not exceed the number of people you specified at the time of booking! - No Party allowed! - Smoking allowed strictly ONLY OUTSIDE the apartment! (Garden or veranda) The cigarette ashes must be thrown out to the garden bin, not inside the apartment bin! - If any malfunction happens in the house, inform us immediately, do not attempt to fix it by yourself!!! - The air-condition and specific electrical appliances must be turned off when leaving the apartment and supervised when being inside. They must be used according to the manufacturer instructions!!!! - Children and pets are not left unattended by responsible adult! - Pets are allowed only in the garden, or veranda! Pets must be well trained, vaccinated and in the responsibility of their owners. We have enough space in the yard that is fenced and a house for dogs. - Parents with a bed wetting kid must ask in advanced for waterproof mattress protectors otherwise they will be held responsible! -To clean the mascara and the make up use cotton wipes! Not the towels. - Sunscreen oils leave difficult stains, especially over fabrics, please be careful. - Don't throw foreign objects in the toilet and the toilet paper must be thrown in the toilet bin. Naupactus old city due to archaeology doesn't have the best sewerage network system, so we run the risk to have issues! - Keep the sink strainers plugs in place and supervise them to make sure they remain closed! To prevent insects from entering the apartment through the pipes. -To prevent humidity, after taking a bath, please use the bathroom exhaust fan or put the air-conditioning on the dry mode. During summer please open the doors or windows for the water to evaporate. - Leave flowers and plants for everyone to enjoy. - Video filming or photography, that damage the reputation or the goodwill of the building, are not allowed!!! - The use of the internet for illegal activity is NOT allowed! - Try to keep the place clean and remember to throw away your trash and wash your dishes before leaving! ( We do our best to provide you with a clean place!
