West Norfolk modern detached bungalow with hot tub

My comfy stylish detached bungalow is in the village of Walpole St Peter in West Norfolk,close to Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire, a few miles from Wisbech. There is plenty of parking on the drive, a big rear garden with seating and a hot tub with lighting and music (24 hours notice and a small one off charge). The bungalow is relatively new,has Wi-Fi and has been stylishly and comfortably furnished with all mod cons. Norwich,Hunstanton,Sandringham and the Norfolk beaches are within easy (Website hidden by Airbnb) home is a very comfortable bungalow with all mod cons including a large drive,a wood burner in the living room,central heating,a rear conservatory overlooking the garden,pedestal fans in the bedrooms,a TV with a Firestick and a DVD player in both bedrooms,internal locks in both bedrooms and soft/firm feather pillows on all of the beds and comfy duvets. The fully tiled bathroom is for your private use and includes a loo,bath and an overbath powerful shower.Toiletries supplied,if required. You are welcome to use all the facilities that are available including full use of the kitchen. I live in the bungalow but i have my own bathroom,etc.The well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area will be shared with me but i am often out. A varied and satisfying breakfast will be offered. I will only accept a max of 2 people at any one time to ensure your privacy and best use of space.There are 2 bedrooms,bedroom 1 is for 1 person or 2 people in a double bed and bedroom 2 sleeps 2 in seperate Queen beds (1 1/2 single size).I am sorry but I don't accept children or animals . Parking is on my private drive with plenty of (Website hidden by Airbnb) is a bus service to Kings Lynn via Clenchwarton.There is also a regular ferry service (except Sundays) across the Great Ouse river with direct access to historic Kings Lynn.A lovely way to arrive! I will always be available for you either in person or by mobile or landline phone The village has a tea room a few minutes walk away and a famous church which is over 800 years old and is one of the largest churches in England and a favourite of Prince Charles.There are 2 donkeys a few minutes walk away who are always grateful for some apples or carrots. There is a bus service from the village to Kings Lynn via Clenchwarton. There are takeaways,cafes and restaurants within an easy drive if you prefer not to cook in my well equipped kitchen. There is a bus service through the village to Kings Lynn via Clenchwarton but a car is rather essential for any distance journeys.The village is very well situated for a trip to the Norfolk coast such as Hunstanton or Wells-Next-The -Sea,the city of Cambridge and the universities on the river Cam,the historic port of Kings Lynn,the city of Norwich and the Queens favourite house at Sandringham,to name but a few. Most people know that Norfolk is pretty flat and therefore is a great county for cyclists of all ages. I have a whole range of info on restaurants,places to go,places to fish,etc.If you are an angler (as i am),there are many drains and commercial fisheries to fish nearby,most of them available on a day ticket and i have information on most of them. 24 hours notice if the hot tub is required.Robes and slippers supplied.There is a garage for storage of bicycles,etc. No eating in the bedrooms.I don't accept children or animals.
