Luxury villa, private swimming pool Salvacasa 1

Salvacasa 1 is a 12 persons villa of 300 square meters. The villa has a spacious living roomwith fireplace, TV and seating- and dining area. The royal kitchen is equipped with a oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge. At the garden level you will find 3 bedrooms. (2x 2 single beds, 1x 1 double bed, 1x 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed).At street level you will find another 2 bedrooms (1x 2 single beds and 1x 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed). Except from the bunk beds all of the beds are Boxspring beds to provide optimal sleeping comfort during your stay. Furthermore the villa has 3 luxury bathrooms with a bath and/or shower, sink and toilet. The villa also has a large private garden of 1100 square meters around the property. In this garden you will find the large swimmingpool (36m2) with sunbeds, multiple terraces with garden furniture and a barbeque. The terrace with the barbecue is a covered. Baby chair and a baby cot are available for only €10,-- per week upon request. We rent bikes for €10,-- p/p/p/d. On request we can allow 14 persons to sleep in the house. You can acces the whole house. Forros de Salvaterra is a small village in the area of Salvaterra de Magos. Salvaterra is a traditional Portuguese village situated 45 km northeast of Lissabon. This village takes you back in the time as most products are crafted according to the traditional ways by the friendly locals. The region has beautiful natural surroundings and is, therefore, the perfect place to golf at one of the golf courses. There are three golf courses in the surrounding area of Salvaterra de Magos at only 20 minutes by car. These golf courses are Riba Golf I, Riba Golf II and Golf Course Santo Estevao. Due to the green surrounding area the villas are an ideal accommodation to discover the area by foot or by bicycle. Portugal is a country full of history, however, not everybody is aware of the delicious wines and spices the country produces. Try one of the regional specialties and discover what Portugal has to offer. In close proximity of the villa’s there are several wine routes (rota do Vinho do Ribatejo) or just visit one of the wine houses nearby. Recommended wines house in the region of Foros de Salvaterra are Casa Cadaval. The capital Lisbon is only 45 km away and is known for its characteristic views. Visit the statue of Christus at the southern shore of the Taag. From the top, you have a lovely view of the many squares and buildings of the capital. Or walk to the top of the Soa Jorge hill through the district of Alfama with its little streets and stairs. At the top of the castle of Castelo de Soa Jorge, you can find a romantic spot to enjoy the breath taking view of the city. It is recommended to have a car when you stay at our villa. The supermarket is only 2 km away but the rest of the village is at 5km distance. In the period Oct-Mar we charge €0,75/m3 gas used for heating based on actual meter reading.
