Beach house view to deer and whales

Your own home in the middle of Denmark. very close to everything e.g Legoland. The house is located in the forest 200 meters from the sea, so it should be possible to see deer and if you are very lucky a whale! Please contact us for more information. The Heart of the house is the big living room with room for everybody. There is a loft in ½ the length of the house which is a great place for kids to play and sleep if they want to. The alcove can be used as a double bed but is also another fabulous place to play or to relax with a book. The wood stove can be used as support to the electrical heating system heating up the house making it possible to use the house all year round, as well as adding to the cosy atmosphere. If privacy is needed the house has 3 bedrooms, in each of them sleeps two people. From the house there is great view to the forest and the sea, making it possible to follow the different seasons. The house has also got a wooden deck with two seating arrangements where one is covered by the roof. The garden with the lawn is a great place to play or relax. With just 200 meters to the sea and 100 meters to the forest this is a great place for all kinds of activities. You can among other things go and collect mussels for supper in the sea. The fishing is great, crab fishing is always fun for the kids if you want to fish you need a license which we can help you get. As the weather is not always the best the house has also got a 40" flat screen smart TV with access to the internet and a Netflix account in case you want to relax with a movie. The guests have access to all the amenities of the house including a fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, barbeque, garden, Smart TV with Netflix, and of course a 15Mbit WIFI internet connection. While we respect the privacy of our guests we are happy to help them organizing their trip and giving advise on what to do and where to do it. Legoland, Aarhus, Odense, Kolding and Copenhagen can all be visited on a day trip. The unique combination of sea, beach and forest makes Andkær Vig a great place to relax and have an active vacation at the same time. The house is situated 10 minutes from the main motorway making most of Denmark, (Sønderborg South, Aaalborg North, Copenhagen East and the West coast) accessible within 2 hours drive. Legoland is 30 min. away, Aarhus and Odense both within reach in 45 minutes. Vejle fjord has been shaped during the last ice age which makes the Southern slope where the forest is a very interesting place to go for a walk. There are different tracks depending on how far you want to walk. In the forest there are golf courses some says the most beautiful golf course in all of Denmark. In the sea there is plenty of food to get, you can go and collect your own mussels for supper. It is also a great place for fishing but for that you'll need a license (we can help you with that). The fishing here I primarily sea trout but there are also other species depending of the time of year. Crab fishing is always fun for the and from the small landing place 200 meters from the house you have a great opportunity for your showing your skills. Things needed for crab fishing is available in the house. 100 meters from the house there is also a fully equipped playground for children and as Denmark is a very safe place they can go there themselves. With the old Viking city of Jelling (the rest place of Denmark’s first king from year 950) 30 minutes away, Legoland at equal distance, golf course, fishing, beach and forest in the back yard and everything else in Denmark accessible by a daytrip there is something for everyone. The possibilities are endless and the house is big enough for 3 generations and for people having different objectives with their Holidays. I hope you'll enjoy your vacation. It is difficult to get to the house without a car as public transport is roughly three kilometres away. However, from Brejning (3km from the house) you can catch the train to pretty much everywhere in Denmark inluding Odense, Kolding, Copehagen and Aarhus.
