The house is located at the highest point of Agios Vlasios, with a wide unobstructed view of the Pagasetic Gulf. It is 30 meters (via footpath) from the provincial road. It is a traditional stone structure, two-storey, 100 sqm (50 + 50) and completely renovated in 2018. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, connected via internal staircase. Agios (Saint) Vlasios was named after the church of the same name, built in 1836. It is located between the villages of Ano Lechonia and Agios Georgios Nileias, at an altitude of 320 meters and a distance of 15 km from Volos and about 5 km from the nearest beaches of the Pagasetic Gulf. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, connected via internal staircase. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, each with its own adgacent bathroom. The upper floor is open-concept, including a living room, a dining area, a kitchen and a large balcony. Before the main entrance there is a garden built on three different levels. Includes a full set of household items and appliances. Among the area's inherent features are peace & quiet, lush local flora and naturally cool temperatures, thanks to the altitude and a nearby ravine. Available daily for information, guidance and any kind of assistance required. The village has a traditional grocery store, a tsipouro-café and a grill-restaurant. Between Agios Vlasios and Agios Georgios Nileias there is the open-air, stone-built Aloni Theater (an old modified threshing floor), with numerous theatrical and musical events by prominent artists. Near the theater there is also the historic orthodox monastery of Pammegiston Taxiarchon. At a distance of 20'-30' by car, in the village of Agios Lavrentios, every summer the events and workshops of the Music Village are held. Thanks to its morphology, Mount Pelion is famous for its trekking mountain routes as well as horseback riding routes. Within a 45' drive there are the nearest beaches of the Aegean Sea.
