104 + 52 sqm villa in central Södertälje. 3 bedrooms. Open spaces and plenty of room for socializing. 10 min walk to the city centre and appr 45 min by car or train to Stockholm. Small forest just at the backside. Fully renovated 30s villa in three floors. Modern furnishing. Two fire places. Outdoor barbecue. Guests will have access to most parts of the house. For shorter stays (two nights) we will not empty our own wardrobes. Coat stands for hanging clothes will be provided instead. If at home we will be happy to meet you to show you the house and the surroundings if you would like. We are always available for a (Hidden by Airbnb) or phone call. What we appreciate about this house - apart from it being a very nice house - is its central yet quiet location. The forest on the back of the house gives good opportunities for walking or running, the channel just below the hill is both beautiful and a good place for boat spotting. Sports ground and outdoor basket ground just on the other side of the road. After a busy day you can either relax in the garden - or walk down to the city centre with shops and restaurants. The city of Södertälje offers a lot of activities such as the outdoor museum Torekällberget, Tom Tits experiments (science park for families) and a swimming hall with adventure pool. Just outside of town there are plenty of beaches - both sea and lakes - for swimming or ice skating given the season. Bus stop just around the corner. Several more just minutes away. 15 minutes walk (or a bus ride) to the commuter trains to Stockholm. 0,5-1 hour drive by car to Stockholm, depending on the traffic.
