You could not get much closer to the beach than this lovely house, only 2 houses up from the seafront. The house boasts a large open plan kitchen, diner, family room & extended patio to the rear garden with BBQ and sun in the afternoon ! Upstairs there are 2 king size bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms, family bathroom . Downstairs there is a large shower room with double shower room, utility room and a separate cloakroom. The house is close to all amenities that Frinton can offer ! This house is beautiful with loads of space for a family looking for a holiday close to the seafront. With plenty of bathrooms especially the large shower room for washing off after a day at the beach and a great back garden for a BBQ in the afternoon sun this really is a perfect house for an unforgettable holiday. Please bring house slippers as the owners requires removal of all shoes in the house Guests have access to all of the house and garden We will meet you when you collect the keys - to be confirmed at a later stage. however we are always available should you have a query Frinton on Sea is safe, quiet, tranquil and extremley laid back , with the local neighbourhood being very friendly and helpful. All local facilities such as Places of Worship, Health Care, and Shops are well catered for and with transport links to Clacton, Walton and Colchester by bus or train making it easy for a day out to enjoy the other towns close by. With its happy friendly community our opinion is that Frinton on Sea is one of the nicest place in this part of the Essex Coast being a unique town with its lovely spance of greensward and Sandy beach (tide dependant ) Frinton on sea train station is approx 8 minutes walk away with frequent services to Colchester Chelmford and London. Parking on the adjoining roads are free and unrestricted. There is also free parking on the seafront. There are adjoining buses to the neighbouring villages of Walton on Naze and Clacton on Sea. Weekend bookings Friday and Saturday nights are 3 pm arrival and 5pm departure on the Sunday ! When you arrive you will find a welcome book in the property to help your stay be as comfortable as possible., However, if you have any queries you will have a contact number to call. Please note 11 fourth avenue has hard floor on the ground fllor with the exception of the lounge so you may wish to bring some slippers with you ! We will require all names, addresses and contact details of guests staying at the property during the duration of your stay (Not just the lead name) , please make sure these are provided before your arrival day as keys will not be released When collection your keys, please scan the NHS QR code displayed using your NHS COVID-19 app this is to ensure that everyone receives the necessary public health advice in a timely manner.
