Adjacent hiking trails, ski slopes and a wildlife park in nearby Bad Marienberg are worth a visit. Kirburg is centrally located and has a bakery, a snack bar and a possible church. On request and for a small surcharge, we provide an e-bike to explore the area even better. this accommodation is a heart project that we have renovated, modernized and furnished with great attention to detail. my absolute favourite place is the Elmores in Windeck, 40km away, numerous events and an extraordinary location at the waterfall and a creative atmosphere provide the perfect holiday feeling. For families with children, the free game park in Bad Marienberg (6km) is also highly recommended. As well as the climbing park, also in the climatic health resort Bad Marienberg. The Westerwälder Seenplatte and the Dreifelder Weiher are only 10km away. The old town of Hachenburg and Herborn impresses with its half-timbered houses and the charm of bygone times. you shouldn't rely on public transport. a solid footpath, on the other hand, helps to use the numerous hiking trails
