The house is 100 m2 and can accommodate 4 people. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds and in the living room a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Heating comes from heat pump, electric heating, wood stove and solar heating. There are 2 living rooms with TV (Danish and German channels), CD player and radio. Outside you will find a beautiful plot of 2000m2 with stunning views of the countryside and two terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. The surrounding nature area of 120 ha is freely accessible with marked hiking trails, wild horses, a rich animal and bird life. In part of the property, the owner has a studio where he works and a gallery with graphics, paintings, ceramics and sculpture. Sometimes it is open. The southern tip of Langeland has good fishing opportunities and offers beaches, golf course, ancient monuments, various crafts and galleries, as well as two museums.
